Our Mission
In Fastyle, our mission is to help people feel the beauty of life. Fastyle's healthy spirit is rooted in our belief that adaptation to our original nature is the key to health and happiness. Inspired by the simplicity and powerful effects of intermittent fasting, we realized that a healthy lifestyle does not have to be hard-to-reach or over-elaborate but can be easily developed and maintained while simplifying our life at the same time.
Our Roots
Our journey toward creating Fastyle started with an idea to explore and deliver innovative solutions to promote health. A girl in our team has tried many weight-loss methods, and all were merely temporary and ended in failure. That is until she committed to intermittent fasting. Not only has it truly worked for weight loss, but it has also helped improve her self-confidence and overall health in many aspects. When she and other members of our team developed the idea of creating a tool to help more people get to know and benefit from fasting, the conception soon gained the support of the entire team, who are always motivated by the purpose of making more people live healthily and feel fulfilled.
